Amanda Palmer We caught-up with a Dresden Doll at the weekend at The Academy when the bohemian princess of New York opened the first leg of her tour to promote 'Who Killed Amanda Palmer' the debut solo effort by Amanda Palmer - a tip-of-the-hat to Twin Peaks. Amanda Palmer At Amanda's amazing performance in The Academy, it was hard NOT to notice her hot-and-hairy armpits. At first we were kinda shocked and appalled, as in this over manicured and over processed celebrity obsessed world you just don't see pit-pubes anymore. Let's face it, your modern female is pruned and tweezed to an inch of her life. Amanda Palmer We reckon having a bit of grass on the armpit putting-green isn't too bad. In fact, it's daaaamn sexy. So come on Irish beauty queens, toss that tube of Veet (formerly Immac) in the bathroom bin and leave some bush in the undergrowth. Female body hair is back baby. If we don't see Lorraine Keane with full underarm hair growth by the end of the month we'll eat our hats!
