Chick-lit book worm Cecelia Ahern has a lot to celebrate this week. With ten million sales worldwide, a new offering on the shelves called 'The Gift', and another one of her books optioned by Hollywood, it's no wonder she needed an entire restaurant to have a quiet meal with a few close friends...
